Handling the Marital Relationship


Part of the Grace and Kindness of Allah towards the sons of Adam is that He has prescribed marriage for them, and has made it so that they produce offspring in this organized and proper fashion. Marriage is one of the strongest and most noble covenants in the sight of Allah, and the family is the most important unit in the structure of society. It is essential that a person gives priority to putting his own house in order and strives to teach his family the laws of Allah. One of the things that he should make sure he teaches his wife is the duties that she has towards her husband, and the rights that are due to her.

Expensive Weddings - Is it really Wise?





Our wedding day is one of the most special day of our lives. We are at the verge of beginning a new life with our new partner for not only this life but Insha’Allah for the life to come. We spare nothing to make sure that this day will be a perfect and memorable one. Due to this reason we sometimes lose sense of reality and really go for the extravagance in our weddings which haunts us for months or years to come with financial burdens.

Is marriage via the telephone or by correspondence binding and accepted? Meaning that the father gives his daughter in marriage via telephone or via a specific letter?
