Stories from The Torah and The Injeel?

In the name of Allah, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful,

Q: Is it permissible to use the stories of the Prophets from the Injeel and Torah and other than that from the books which contain stories and such from the previous nation (i.e. Al Israa’eeleeyaat) ?

A: Allah (subhana wa ta'ala) says:

“Alif-Laam-Raa. These are the Verses of the Clear Book (the Qur'an that makes clear the legal and illegal things, legal laws, a guidance and a blessing). Verily, We have sent it down as an Arabic Qur'an in order that you may understand. We relate unto you (Muhammad) the best of stories through Our Revelations unto you, of this Qur'an. And before this (i.e. before the coming of Divine Inspiration to you), you were among those who knew nothing about it (the Qur'an).” (Yusuf: 1-3)

Who is a Mahram in Islam?

I decided to make a post relating to the issue of the mahram. Sometimes I see many Muslims, including the ones that are Muslim since they are born, who don't know who is a mahram to them or not.

Do Not Panic if Du'as are Not Answered

Many people think that all they have to do is to declare their repentance to their Lord, then they will immediately have it easy and be relieved of trouble, and wealth will come to them, and they will live a life of luxury. But none of that is necessarily the case. Rather there is a test and trial of this person’s repentance: is it sincere or not? Is it for the sake of Allah or not? All of that means he will face a new test.
